Service Attitude- Consumers Opinion

What is service attitude? Do you think it is important? We cannot deny that the service attitude is an important part for the country and social’s development and also to determine the survival of services and business field. Poh Wan has the latest.
no bad...but i suggest that you can cut the "not satisfy" part in your 2nd interviewee(there are a bit repeated in content of your voice over and interviewee)^^
the voice of the first interviewee was too soft, maybe you should enhance her volume by using editing software before upload to here.
